We currently have openings for Dynamics 365 Business Central consultants.Job Description:As an ERP consultant you will perform Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and other technical work for our client base including but not limited to:

• Evaluating client needs
• Developing implementation plans
• Implementation, configuration and training of software
• Consulting on customizations
• Participating in more than one implementations at once
• Communicating status of project with Project Manager
• Customer supportDesired Skills and Experience:
  • 7 years or more of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV consulting experience with implementations
  • Must have Dynamics NAV 2018 experience or more recent version and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  • Accountingor financial background
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central manufacturing and warehouse management is a plus
  • Experience with Tangicloud for nonprofits is a plus

We currently have an opening for a Dynamics 365 Business Central developer.The Microsoft Dynamics Senior NAV/BC Developer must have experience with the daily activities of designing, configuring, and deploying code for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We need candidates with a proven track record of successfully developing defined solutions for a diverse range of customer needs while collaborating closely with team members and following defined methodology.Qualifications:
    • Deep understanding in application programming, database and system design related to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC
    • Experience with integrations to external applications using pertinent Dynamics NAV/BC tools (e.g. web services and API)
    • Experience in the change management process and coordinating with functional consultants to create functional design documents for code development
    • Ability to deliver quality code while meeting project deadlines
    • Ability to deliver project documents that are complete, current and stored appropriately
    • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and effectively advise and implement solutions
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and interactive team management skills
    • Disciplined in using project tools to communicate functional area progress on tasks, issues, risks and blockers
    • 7-10 years of development experience with Dynamics NAV/BC
    • Extensive working knowledge of C Side C/AL, C#.NET, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS programming languages
    • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration and Maintenance fundamentals a plus
    • Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with Dynamics NAV/BC desired (e.g. Lanham and ChargeLogic)

      • Expert knowledge and understanding of Program/Project Management and Software Development approaches (gather requirements, design solution, setup and configure, test and train, document and communicate, deploy and troubleshoot)
      • Excellent communication, collaboration and interactive team management skills
      • Polished, professional and confident presentation and public speaking skills
      • Functional lead knowledge and understanding in one or more core functional modules of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC (Finance, Trade or Operations)
      • Problem solver able to resolve issues and mitigate risk to avoid project blockers and escalations
      • Experience working with Microsoft, third-party add-on solutions and integrations
      • Ability to ensure implementation strategy is followed for client engagements
      • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with C-level executives and sponsors
      • Ability to create appropriate budget vs. actual reports for presentation to customers and executive management
      • Dynamics NAV/BC experience a plus
      • Five years of Project Management Oversight for implementations
      • Ability to stablish and implement internal tools and best practices
      • Ability to be proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
      • Experience with Microsoft Project
