and integrity. Job Title Senior Operations Manager II - Account
Transfer What is the opportunity? As a Senior Operations Manager II
in the Account Transfer team, you will lead and manage a department
with time sensitive, complex and/or highly specialized processes to
ensure overall performance meets or exceeds the established
industry and company standards for service, innovation and
professionalism. You will provide work direction to Managers and
more experienced individual contributors. Participating in
Operations, firm, and/or industry initiatives providing process
design, expert product knowledge, technical expertise, and problem
solving unique to one or more specialty areas. This role provides
enhanced customer service, process improvements, and complex
problem solving within the department. Incumbent must understand
regulatory and organizational risks associated with work processes,
how work is processed from beginning to end, and dependencies on
other areas and departments. If you have a proven people management

from you What will you do? Lead and manage the department to ensure
overall performance meets or exceeds the established industry and
company standards for service, innovation and professionalism.
Align oneself with the organization---s values, communicate a clear

as a positive role model for others Keep abreast of industry
regulations, trends, and technologies. Serve as a principal source
for decision making, using business knowledge and exercising proper
judgment Establish and maintain credible, professional
relationships with clients, internal business lines and external
vendors. Solicit and respond to their feedback and gain commitment
and support. Review, design, and implement new processes and
procedures to increase department efficiency, reduce expense and
risk, or enrich service Execute oversight activities for complex
exception-based and/or highly specialized department deliverables
and processes to ensure controls are effectively managing work
quality, mitigating risk and aligned to regulatory adherence Manage
department budget, financial forecasts, staffing models and
department metric tracking. In conjunction with senior management,
develop, recommend, and execute business plans for department.
Ensuring department procedures, process maps, reference materials
and system guides are accurate and up-to date and all team members
are aware of any new system functionality changes and document
modifications Participate in Operations, firm, and/or industry
initiatives providing process design, expert product knowledge,
technical expertise, and problem solving unique to one or more
specialty areas Provide business requirements, UAT testing, and
implementation support as required Manage and oversee team members
in the effective and accurate performance of the functions within
the department to provide consistent, quality service and minimize
risk. Provide training, coaching, recognition and development for
the department members; fostering teamwork and planning for
succession Ensure that employees understand RBC vision, as well as
support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC
goals. Provide focus and clarity in establishing individual goals;
driving performance management, supporting career development and
rewarding strong performance. Perform other duties and
responsibilities as assigned What do you need to succeed? Must-have
4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High
school diploma or equivalent AND 5 years of securities, banking,
technology and/or job specific industry experience 5 years prior
securities, banking, technology industry and/or job specific
related experience Securities license 7 or series 99 or able to
obtain license within 120 days 5 years demonstrated and sound
experience leading and managing a team Nice-to-have 4-year degree
from an accredited university in business, finance or related field
5 years credit operations, project management, vendor management,
analysis, and/or risk control experience What---s in it for you? We
