At our core, our team's mission is to help our clients win. In order to do that, our growing team is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV Senior Consultant who will be highly motivated to deliver exceptional results throughout the client life cycle. This role will be part of our support team, who works with clients once they have gone live with the implementation.

Our Senior Consultants work directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. You will provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV to fit with the client's system requirements and business objectives. The Senior Consultant is also passionately striving to delight clients, and seeks out ways to continuously improve their product knowledge and consulting skills. They jump at the chance to engage in new challenges, and demonstrate that they enjoy their work by exhibiting their technical excellence and tenacity while being inherently client centric.

This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada.
A Day in the Life


  • Facilitating the successful application of Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV using industry best practices and Stoneridge methodology
  • Working with clients to understand their business requirements and Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV functionality
  • Delivering creative solutions to client challenges by applying product knowledge and industry expertise
  • Improving client experiences by staying current on emerging Microsoft technologies and 3rd party software solutions
  • Embracing and leveraging a collaborative approach across a multitude of roles and situations.
  • Creating internal documentation, generating blog content, and being involved in group discussions on how our team can improve
  • Working proactively with clients and manage strategic projects and initiatives to ensure they continue to receive value from the Dynamics NAV/Business Central applications
  • Working reactively on break/fix support to ensure clients experience minimal service disruptions
  • Escalating ISV related product issues and working with partners to drive for resolution
  • Applying experience and knowledge while working with clients to ascertain solution requirements, potential technical options within Dynamics NAV/Business Central and related technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with each option
  • Designing and testing custom solutions and integrations, managing functional design and scope
  • Effectively coordinating with development resources to build and deliver custom solutions and integrations
  • Representing Stoneridge Software through effective communication with clients throughout the solution life-cycle
  • Mentoring team members

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
    • 4+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV experience highly preferred, end user experience may also be considered
    • Strong technical aptitude
    • Ability to work directly with clients, individually or with a team
    • Ability to concurrently deliver on multiple projects or priorities
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV certifications preferred
