Park, Minnesota area, the company offering this multi-faceted
long-term temporary Bookkeeper position provides a terrific work
environment where effort is rewarded.Responsibilities- Appease
accounts by balancing entries- Uphold quality historical records by
filing documents- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and
posting transactions- Review payments received and record deposits-
Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing account information- Oversee and maintain a well-run
system to account for financial transactions by establishing a
chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures-
Oversee and manage general ledger*Please note that all candidates
are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references

Requirements:- 3+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper-
Weekly Account Payable experience preferred- Proficiency in
Accounts Payable (AP)- Credit Card Reconciliation experience highly
preferred- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience- BS Degree in
Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred- Previous
experience using accounting softwareAccountemps, a Robert Half
