Job Description:
Job DescriptionWhite Crane Design: Build is seeking an
organized, detail-oriented professional with a broad scope of
business knowledge. This is a sole contributor role (no direct
reports) doing all levels of finance and accounting, including
participation on the management team. Experience in a construction
office environment is strongly preferred. Familiarity with
construction accounting and project management software required
(Sage 100 Contractor a strong plus). Proficient in Word, Excel, and
Outlook. We are looking for a self-starting team player to perform
in the following areas:FINANCE & ACCOUNTING--- A/R, A/P, payroll,
payroll tax returns, W2s and 1099--- General ledger account
reconciliation--- Project reporting--- Month-end closing process
and financial reporting--- Year-end budget and CPA liaisonOFFICE
MANAGEMENT--- Human resources & benefits administration--- Trade
partner relations & compliance documentation--- Liability insurance
& workers compensation administration--- Information technology
liaison--- Office equipment, & computers - ordering &
maintenanceSalary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
