• Posted: January 05,2021 I am leading the search process of helping my locally based global manufacturing client find their next CFO. Reporting to the CEO, this person will lead a team (multiple functional heads) of close to 200 people while owning the global Finance function. As expected, this person will work closely with the CEO, ELT, and Board of Directors while directing the financial management of the company including oversight for FP&A, tax, treasury, financial operations..etc. Desired Skills and Experience We are looking to find a Finance leader whom is currently living in the Twin Cities and is employed as either a sitting CFO or a direct report to the corporate CFO from a midsized to large manufacturing company. If the person is working for a company smaller than $250 million, it won't work. They need a person with strong business and financial acumen, is bright, yet humble and has runway in front of them.
