Job Description:

Diversity and Inclusion Manager (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. -

Minneapolis, Minnesota): Work with human resources, career development,

staffing, and training to design, develop, and implement BCG’s Diversity

and Inclusion (D&I) strategy which includes assisting with strategy

development and execution of the ethnic diversity recruiting and

retention initiatives. Specific duties include: perform policy research

and analysis and make recommendations to drive impact; conduct internal

and external projects related to the state of diversity within and

outside of BCG; identify and leverage diversity strategy synergies

across other BCG initiatives for successful execution; serve as subject

matter advisor on ethnic diversity recruiting strategy including review

of candidate pipeline for internship programs; speak at diversity

venues, meet with individual consultants to establish a relationship and

awareness about BCG's career development and mentoring programs; develop

and execute cost effective diversity programs; create presentations in

support of meetings and development of diversity plans; screen

candidates based on the profile sought as part of the recruiting

process; design, develop, and execute plans to increase the retention

of diversity candidates and leverage relationships with internal offices

in the areas of career development and staffing; serve as functional

subject matter advisor on communications, external partnerships and

Learning and Development in support of all diversity networks; design,

develop and execute internal and external communications plan to support

BCG's strategy; coordinate and leverage the benefits available to BCG

from annual memberships (Working Mother, Catalyst) to support D&I

knowledge needs; identify diversity and inclusion leading practices

focused on knowledge and external partnerships and suggest refinements

to strategy and processes as part of annual review; develop strategy and

support development of diversity and inclusion training and roll out

plans related to diversity training; and oversee the completion of

external partner surveys. Requires a Master's degree (or higher) in

business administration, public administration, human resources

management or related field plus 4 years of experience as a human

resources analyst, business analyst, or management analyst. Also

requires demonstrated proficiency in (i) developing and executing

training to a broad group of stakeholders, including audience needs and

assessment to match to available training; (ii) designing differential

Key Success Factors for Diverse candidates within a large organization;

(iii) working with stakeholders within organization as well as external

organizations across different levels of seniority; and (iv) advanced

modeling capabilities for short and long term capacity planning and

forecasting. Domestic travel (up to 20%) required based on company

need. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in U.S. M-F, 9:00
