We are seeking candidates for Welder positions to train on the 1st shift and work the 2nd shift. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $31.00-32.00 per hour. Interested? What a Welder will do:

• 
  
• Assist with the fabrication of fire-rated framing systems
  
• Responsible for welding framing assemblies and grinding/sanding welds
  
• Effectively work as part of the production team while adhering to safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity standards
  
  What you need to be a Welder:
  
  • 
    
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
    
  • Ability to work as part of a team
    
  • Ability to follow quality and safety standards in a welding operation
    
  • Experience MIG welding steel
    
  • Experience with the Fabrication, Installation, and/or assembly of Door or Window Frames
    
  • Knowledge of 5S
